more closely what sum will be required for assistance to the Civil Administration and for the cost of the Military Administration subsequent to the 31st March. This will involve a supplementary estimate and possibly the War office will also need to take a supplementary estimate this year, and in that event it might be convenient for the Colonial Office Supplementary Estimate to be taken about the same time. This, however, is primarily a matter for our Accounta Department.
